An Experienced And Steadfast Advocate

I, Charles P. Vaughn, have more than 30 years of experience representing clients in Citrus County and throughout Florida for a variety of family law and criminal law needs. An experienced trial lawyer and graduate of Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, in 1981, I’ve been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1987. I’m a member and chapter representative to the board of directors of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I’m also the president of the Suncoast Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and am fluent in German.

What You Can Expect As A Client: Respect And Service

As much as experience matters, a lawyer with an impressive resume doesn’t help you much if they don’t return your calls. I believe in staying in touch. At my firm, Charles P. Vaughn, Attorney at Law, I value the personal relationships I develop with my clients and make a point of returning phone calls promptly and keeping clients informed of important case developments. I stay committed to each case all the way through the legal process, from our initial consultation through any necessary trial, appeals and beyond. And I take the time to clarify the legal system to each client, explaining how Florida law applies in each case, and what they might expect as the process unfolds.

When you work with my law firm, I am committed to your case and your well-being, and do everything in my power to ensure that you’re treated fairly and end up in the best possible position at the conclusion of your case.
